Scottish Borders Chamber of Commerce member Emtelle has announced the conclusion of a strategic deal to produce fibre optic core in Indonesia, marking a significant step in the company’s global growth strategy.

The agreement will enable Emtelle to increase its fibre production capacity by an additional 5.5 million fibre kilometres, strengthening supply chain resilience and supporting rising demand across key markets in the United States and Europe.
