Lesley leads the Business to Business team at GoFibre and has spent her entire career working with companies to make sure their IT and services help them do what they do better, faster and more cost-effectively.
She particularly enjoyed helping NHS Scotland make better use of technology for remote care and to free up more time for patient care, helping Network Rail modernise their mobile estate and improve work group safety, as well as working with small and medium sized businesses to right-size their comms and cyber security to support business growth and hybrid working,
Growing up, Lesley lived in remote and coastal parts of the UK so knows all too well how transformational it is to be better connected – that is why she fell in love with the GoFibre story and our mission to bring full fibre to underserved parts of Scotland and the North of England.
Lesley studied the very interesting but non-technical subject of Medieval History and graduated from Glasgow University, before joining a tech firm and moving to London. She travelled around the UK, worked in Europe and the USA and has now settled in Edinburgh with Coco her adorable Toy Poodle.
Lesley is very much looking forward to attending the Women in Business lunch and meeting lots of like-minded and inspiring women.
Our ‘Women in Business’ lunch takes place on Friday 7th April at the prestigious Melrose 7s rugby event. For more information, please click here.
