What happens to current members with the launch of the new packages?
From the launch date, all current members will be automatically assigned to the Silver package. At their membership renewal date, members can choose the package that best suits their needs.
Can I change my membership package mid-term?
Yes, members can:
- Upgrade their package: Members can upgrade at any time during the year and will be charged a pro-rata amount based on the months remaining in the membership term (calculated from the 1st of the month).
- Downgrade their package: Members can move to a lower-tier package; however, refunds will not be issued. Downgrades are best made at the time of renewal to avoid unnecessary disruptions.
Are payment options available?
Yes, SBCC offers both single annual payments and monthly payment options at no extra cost for membership fees paid through our PayPal invoicing system.
Need to add a Purchase Order or require a VAT invoice?
Contact the Membership Team for assistance.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Membership is non-refundable unless in exceptional circumstances, where refunds would be issued on a pro-rata basis.
Membership transfers are available in cases such as mergers or name changes within organisations. Contact the Membership Team for details.
